Returns and Exchange Policy

Good news- we accept Returns and Exchanges on all full price items!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Our returns policy states that you are able to return/exchange your full priced item(s) within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Items must not be marked or damaged in any way.

If we believe the item does not fulfil this criteria when inspected on return, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange and the item will be sent back to the customer. 

Returns

In order to process a refund, please send an email to hello@styledbyserena.co.uk with proof of your receipt along with a brief reason as to why you would like to return the item. The customer will be responsible for incurring the return postage costs. Item's must be received by ourselves within 7 days from date of delivery. Once the item is received, we will contact you and let you know of the next steps.

Refunds will be credited only to your original payment method. 

Oh and don’t forget to keep proof of return or tracking number- we’ll need this if there are issues with your return.

 

Exchange

We are happy to offer an exchange on item(s) if you deem them to be unsuitable. Please send an email to hello@styledbyserena.co.uk with proof of your receipt and stating what you would like to exchange the item for. Exchanges will only be accepted subject to the above criteria.

We will provide you with an address to send the item to, all return postage fees will be the customers responsibility. The item needs to be returned to ourselves 7 days from date of delivery. Once received, we will send out the new piece you require including free delivery.
